This is where we focus on you and your weight loss goals in detail. The beauty of individual consultations is that you can opt for one or many. Alternatively, you might start with one but then decide you would like more. You’re completely in charge. We can discuss your weight loss goals or focus on a particular topic that interests you such as:

• tips on healthy eating and lifestyle habits,
• balanced enjoyment of alcohol,
• importance of water,
• portion sizes in snacks and meals,
• the value of positive mindset to boost motivation
• and more

As with any Beaming You service, each consultation is personalised to you and your needs and preferences. Each session is 45 minutes.

• 1 session $135 AUD
• 3 sessions $390 AUD — $130 per session, $15 off
• 6 sessions $750 AUD — $125 per session, $60 off
• 12 sessions $1,440 AUD — $120 per session, $180 off
